The Metabrawl's narration is heavily lifted from Stanley Ralph Ross who wrote the original for ABC's Wide World of Sports. Ross played a huge role in the 1960s Batman tv series, writing a third of the episodes. He then went on to help develop the legendary 1970s Wonder Woman tv series.
