Giganta recalled a comic book that a prison guard had mocked her with during her incarceration. She still couldn't help but be somewhat annoyed. The comic had depicted a fight scene between her and her Amazonian nemesis. With no anchor whatsoever to reality Wonder Woman had been shown knocking her out with a single punch. As if, she thought to herself, as she walked out of the ruins of the Star Labs facility, grasping an unconscious Amazon in one hand. That sh-t only happens in the comics. She reflected that Wonder Woman had captured her twice, but both times she had been irradiated with Wayne tech equipment that dissipated her powers and reduced her to normal size. Other than those two occasions, Giganta counted at least seven encounters in which she had knocked Wonder Woman senseless. Wonder Woman was strong enough to topple her and durable enough to take a full force hit from her and still remain standing (but not necessarily for long thereafter). Ultimately when it was a fight of power versus power, Giganta knew that she had the upper-hand literally and metaphorically every time.
