As Rapture walked past the intersection in the hall, she thought she saw someone out the corner of her eye. Before that thought could careen into an affirmation, a spasm of fright interrupted it when Murina jumped her from behind. The fumes of the chloroform rag held firmly over her nose and mouth delivered her into sleep.
