danmaq's games always do things like this. In CtC, Mokou is a Stage 1 Midboss and Mima is a Stage 1 Boss (and Marisa's dialoque implies she was as strong as ever).
And just in case you're wondering, the incident is basically Keine wanting to rewind time or something like that, which somehow makes Gensokyo colder.

Well, Flandre was probably holding back and just playing with Marisa. Mima and Mokou have no excuse, though. BTW, did I mention that Keine's second, third and fourth spellcards are references to IN, PCB and EoSD?

Indeed. The only path that makes sense is the PoFV path since Lily is the Stage 1 Mid Boss, Medicine is the Boss of Stage 1, Aya is the Boss of Stage 2 (but it can be excused because Marisa fights some bosses much stronger than her in the stages after that), Komachi is the Mid Boss of Stage 3 (the boss of that stage is way stronger than her) and the Boss of Stage 3 is none other than the Yama herself.

She's SPECIFICALLY SAID to not be skilled at using her powers, especially in her human form. So there's NO WAY she could EVER be a Final Boss in her basic form.
Although, whenever or not she could be one in her Hakutaku form depends on this question: What is the exact level of power of an Extra Mid-Boss?

Well not THAT skilled: The best she could pull off in her human form was to hide the Human Village, and even then, Yukair could see it very well. If she was just as skilled as that fangame said, her human form would be the final boss of Imperishable Night while her Hakutaku form would be the freaking PHANTASM BOSS!
