Seiji was once a combat medic under Darkreach and a dedicated researcher of the healing arts. Despite his rough demeanor, he was a caring person if not a bit sensitive. Under a combination of others shunning him for being a winged serpent and a series of incidents within the police force, Seiji slowly started to change into something darker.

He is now a practitioner of forbidden magic and is determined to return power to the serpents, an unfortunate obsession common among his people. Seiji is one of the most wanted criminals within the spirit realm, accused of treason, kidnapping, and murder. He is responsible for terrorizing Hibana, going as far as physically scarring him to claim "ownership".
