merman David was swimming away from some bullies and wasn't paying much attention to where he was going. He accidentally swam right into Sleepy, a mermaid he had noticed before and admired for being pretty and kind, and he quickly signed an apology before darting behind a nearby tree (yes and underwater tree! how cool!!) to hide when he heard the bullies coming closer. ΒShocked, Sleepy stared after David before the bullies came over asking whether she had seen the "winged freak" go past. She insisted that he hadn't and suggested they looked elsewhere. As the bullies swam in the other direction, Sleepy swam towards the tree that David hid behind, only to find he was no longer there. Disappointed, Sleepy looked out towards the forest before sighing and swimming away. David peered out from a farther off tree. As he watched her go, his cheeks flushed bright blue.

the definition of a "furry" is basically someone who likes to draw animals with human features. The idea that furries are perverts who sexualise animals is false. Yes, there are artists who draw questionable things but there are artists who draw questionable human artwork too. (sorry if I sound really triggered, it's not aimed at you, promise)
