Back story~

So since Ibu is traveling around as a rouge ninja, She happens to stumble upon our Assassin, Satoshi at some Inn. Not knowing that Satoshi is on a mission to catch her for a client of his (She killed the Client's wife in one of her Jashin Rituals and he wants revenge oOoOoOoo) She thinks he would be a perfect candidate to seduce for her Sacrifice.

I also think that Ibu uses her looks and flirtatious attitude to lure people to be killed off (Like a Succubus) Hidan has rightfully called her "Jashin's little whore" (Lovingly of course since she IS his student LOL)

She is just to precious ;-;
