Looks like Nick actually believed Judy when she told him that Tighty Whities were a MANDATORY part of the male uniform. She was just pulling his leg, though knowing the boys on the force, that probably won't be the only thing of Nick's getting pulled.

This is a bit of a sloppier painting than I usually do, not crazy happy with it, but not every piece can be a winner! I just wanted to paint some bulges, heh.
