Awesome. And if you want to know what I like and where you could improve here you go: Well the shading looks good, you did an especially good job around the hair. It all goes well together. The line art is also nice and smooth, which is good because people don't like looking at shaky line art. The line art could have thinner lines but that's probably just me. Also, the right ear is a little smaller than the other ear and the left wing is also smaller than the right wing but those are things people don't really notice. You could also connect the left arm's line to the body so that line sticking out doesn't look so noticeable and when you click full view of the picture you can see tiny white dots/lines things around some of the areas. I know how those white dots/lines things happen but since there aren't many you could probably fix them with the smudge tool. That's really all the critique I can give since it's harder to do it on a chibi (I can't comment on the pose, hands, feet etc. but it's okay since that's the chibi style). I think this is a really awesome picture (lol and sorry for the long comment).
