First off, the guys.

10: Giotto (Katekyo Hitman Reborn!) Tsuna is damn lucky that he somehow inherited his ancestor looks.
9: Sho Minamimoto (The World Ends With You) It's the hat. And the math-nerdness. And his cat eyes.
8: Laguna Loire (Final Fantasy VIII) His hair is just so long and beautiful. Plus, he's really adorkable.
7: Kaworu Nagisa(Neon Genesis Evangelion) Gay Jesus is on my list any day. Side note: the reason Joshua from TWEWY isn't on here is because he is similar to Kaworu, so I kinda lumped them together.
6: N (Pokemon Black and White) Everybody loves N. No exceptions.
5: Kyoya Hibari (Katekyo Hitman Reborn!) He's so aloof and has an amazing reaction for everything.
4: Yuu Kotegawa (To-Love Ru) The whole Kotegawa family is beautiful (look for his sister on my girls' side).
3: Cloud Strife (Final Fantasy VII) Just look at him D:
2: Rayne (Neo Angelique Abyss) I haven't even seen this anime, but this guy is just so drop-dead sexy I couldn't not include him.
1. Kazuma Ikezawa (Summer Wars) I feel so bad for this kid. He's going to be gang raped on every side once he hits legal age.

10: Yin (Darker Than Black) She's really pretty. Plus white hair is a turn-on for me.
9: Aoi Misato (Tokyo Majin) I know everybody's gonna hate me for this one.
8: Terra Branford (Final Fantasy VI) Hot half-esper mage chick is hot.
7: Rukia Kuchiki (Bleach) I'll bet you didn't see this one coming! This is more of a "she's cute" thing than a "she's hot" thing. Actually adding her was a last minute thing, I just saw some pictures on Google search and though "why not?"
6: Yuna (Final Fantasy X) She's so pretty! Isn't she? I think so...
5: Ami Kawashima (Toradora!) Blue hair is also a turn on for me. And being hot, too, that also helps.
4: Saeko Busujima (High School of the Dead) Never search anything HOTD when your parents are in the room. NEVER.
3: Samus Aran (Metroid) I dare you to find a chick that kicks more ass than Samus. Hell, I dare you to find a guy that kicks more ass than her. Go on, I'll wait.
2: Natsuki Shinohara (Summer Wars) Hot damn! I don't think I've ever been more turned on as to when she was calling Koi-Koi against Love Machine like a boss.
1: Yui Kotegawa (To-Love Ru) I would hit that with the fury of God's fist. That is all.
