Today I went shopping with my brother because we don't have any friends LOL SOBSbut we went into this cute little anime store and I was in love with everything around me. ;w; The store was called "Tokyo". So I bought this pichu and got some pocky. <3 It's cute because it's a notch eared one. :3 and I'm naming it Twinkie after *Oashi 's pokesona. (and that's the nickname I gave her. |D)
The original picture was of me holding it; but it came out blurry since I was holding the camera, and I couldn't keep the camera still with one hand because my pills makes me shaky--And sorry there's not really good lighting in my room. xD

Ohmygod there was this awesome little Tokyo store at my old mall and when we went to see The Hunger Games at midnight, my friends and I went off by ourselves and the mall was right next to the movie theater, so we went and looked around. :'D
But then I moved and the mall here sucks. ;3;

Are you kidding me? Magikarp is the most useless-- unless you teach it a TM or HM move, it takes FOREVER for it to evolve. and tentacool sucks until it evolves to tentacruel.

Magikarp and Tentacruel can still evolve and serve a purpose in chain breeding and such, which is much more than Notchy ever will. Though none of those reasons are more important than the simple fact that is is doomed to remain in it's respective HGSS Gen 4 cart. It can't be traded, can't be sent to BW/BW2, it can't evolve, it can't breed it's exclusive moves, nothing. The moment Gen 5 was release, it became absolutely pointless from the ground up, as it can't even serve a point as a collection piece.
I'm not saying that to be mean, it's just a fact. Not allowing it to be brought into BW/BW2 was the dumbest move Gamefreak has ever made in my opinion. Why make a Pokemon that can't be traded at all, when social interaction and trading are one of their biggest taglines for the games?

pffft I know. It doesn't mean it's pointless in the older games though. I actually prefer most of the older games, I really like gen. 1-3. When Pearl and Diamond came out things just were getting too different and I was hoping for Black & white to be better but...that didn't happen. xD I see your point though man- It's stupid to not allow a pokemon to be traded. I also always thought it was dumb how for some pokemon you need to attach a specific item to it when trading. And you're also right about how it's one of their biggest taglines of the game, Gamefreak should pay more attention to that. I never did a lot of trading myself, mainly just with my brother sometimes.

But, aside from enjoying the plots, I'm a collector. I don't really care for battling, breeding, contests, etc. I go out and capture every species, every form, every gender difference in the game's Regional Dex. I have to upgrade to each new game that comes out because I thrive on them to give me more Pokemon to catch. That makes the older games become pointless to me the moment the next new one is released, which in turn makes poor Notchy completely pointless as well, since I'm forced to leave it behind. Pissed me off for a decent chunk of time too, as Notchy is now the sole remaining Pokemon on my SoulSilver game after all my PokeTransferring, and I don't like leaving stragglers since it makes my collection incomplete.
