Description A cross-section of my red velvet cake.

Chocolate biscuit base. Red velvet chocolate sponge brushed with lemon syrup. Central column of blackcherry ganache. Coated with chocolate ganache and dark chocolate glazing. Decorated with modelling chocolate rose and chocolate shavings.
