There are a few weird Dungeon Masters out there that insert stuff like this into their games, I should know I've encountered probably one of the worst ones. However it still is an interesting concept.

Many mages have tried to perfect the art of summoning, most failed and other have found costly methods. This young witch has found a cheap workaround, she uses her own womb as the catalyst and summons the intended creature directly into her womb. Unfortunately for her she used the wrong runes and has unknowingly summoned a rather powerful and unruly demon which will want to get out as soon as possible and as painfully as possible.
