The "tutu" doesn't go all the way around so I call it my "parti-tu" which is short for partial tutu. I only call it a tutu because it started out as that but I added my own ideas to make it cuter.

I love my kitty, Penny... o v o

also made one! Because we do stuff together! XD Only hers is actually a tutu for Pinkie Pie.
