Description
This was a Christmas present for my uncle, but he only just received it in the mail.I was indeed reading The Hobbit when I made this; so I can't even begin to pretend that our dearest Smaug the Magnificent wasn't an influence. Don't worry though; this guy's nice. He earned all the money by working as the neighboring castle's oven on weekdays.
Medium: Fimo clay
Size: About 5 inches long, 4 inches tall
Art (c) me.

On m'a dit qu'il manquait beaucoup de passages du livre.
I have read LOTR, but it was long ago and I remember it no more.

That must have taken forever! Did you use a base for the treasure heap?

It certainly felt like forever! For the treasure heap I piled up some scrap clay and covered it with a thin layer of gold clay. Then I put the coins and other assorted goodies on top.
