Description
A Djin, or rather, Djinniyah (female Djinn) I think I might draw these a lot when I can't think of anything else to draw. They are recognisable by their unusual eyes, irritatingly insubstantial tops and the way they dissolve into a cloud of fermament below the waist.This one was an excuse for me to try out all the different art things my dad's just bought me. Includes pens, oil pastels, crayons, pencil crayons and watercolours. I apologise for butchering the art of watercolouring so, but I had absolutely no idea how to watercolour. I promise I shall do more research before I try again.
This is the pre-touching up image. I'm going to do a lot on Photoshop, and the proper one will probably be ready by the end of the day, for all that my school notes are screaming for my attention.

ya gotta be careful using that many things at once, but seeing as you were just experimenting it doesn't matter. Though I usually wouldn't recomend uing all the mediums in one drawing!
I don't think your have murdered the watercolors either, yet you need to smooth out her skin a bit

The excited art student thing pretty much sums up how I was feeling when I drew this. I know more than two mediums is generally a bit exccessive.
I need to work on my pencil shading, but, in my defence, the scanner made it quite a lot worse than it was in real life. Obviously I just need to try extra hard.

It's something I might look into. I'm getting a camera for my birthday, I'll see if that's any better quality.
