This...isn't that great D:>I like it but something seems off and I can't tell what it is.
anyways, found this stock and decided I'd edit it for the lovely lady in the photo

hehe aww ^_^ its cute! have u tried masking before? (am assuming you are using photoshop XD) because you can use it to have different layers show through without harsh lines in between :] also if you really need a good cutout line, then use the pen tool to create smooth flowing outlines b4 right turning it into a selection.
sorry im not too good at explaining these things but i reckon theres a tutorial or two around here that can show what i mean by how to use the pen tool (dont worry it took me a long to realise how it works and only just started suceessfully using it a month ago at most! XD)
masking is pretty simple also and i expect thered be a tutorial for that too somewhere :]

yeah I use ps elements 6- came with my tablet. I've never tried masking before but that would help greatly. thank you!
