Description
Version Three after some comments from the original artist chompompcharly.deviantart.com/ chompompcharly with the differences being:
Adding the final form to be green (with some variation of the color to give her an enforced appearance of slime hair on top)

Giving her brown eyes instead of grey or blue (earth color plus can she now see or not is the question)

Removing certain elements in the BG while adding others

Additions coloring and tested effects for the middle process transformation.

Final form "dress" is close to her original sketch chompompcharly.deviantart.com/… but added a small difference.

Overall I like this version myself more then the other two.
