True though if she can she can more then likely just inhale him given well his tiny and well simply blowing on him could knock him over or send him flying.

They are in water, she could just bring her lips close to him and take a sip. Swallowing at that size may be hard though. He could get stuck on her lips or in one of the many hiding spots inside her mouth. But if she does blow on him, he will go flying very far back.
