The Noise Is Not A Problem For Me
But The Bright Area In The Background
Is Rather Distracting But I Know You Can't
Always Avoid Such Things So It's Still A Decent Capture.

What a great picture! Sharp focus, the bird is nicely detached from the background, the background is suitably blurred and not too busy. The composition is very slinkyish. The only minus side is the noise which you already mentioned, but given the conditions it's a superb shot.
