Not bad... the perspective isn't bad... I feel that you could have curved the clothing(like the bottom of the shirt, the shorts and legs where they meet the feet) a bit more to emphasize the third dimensional aspect of it. I noticed you curved the horizon, which is cool but you could've done a bit more to the center character as well... The front hand looks good, the back hand's fingers look a little stubby. The feet and ankle seem a bit stubby as well.

Like the last poster said, maybe a few water droplets wouldn't hurt.

Anyhoo, a very good piece overall and you've done a good job with it. Keep it up.

Did you use a real model person? (besides for the hand)
And I hope you don't think your nose is that big....
You did try for the fisheye look, but there are some blocks that kinda contradict other ones...
And maybe add more water droplets? To make it look more...watery..? It looks a bit like a wisp of slug or something right now....but still watery for sure.
Love the eyes. The sky and moon are very cool too.
I'm hoping for maybe some more contrast in tones on the hand (i.e. darker darks and lighter lights, idk)
Other than that, reeeaally good. ♥
