Yet another photo from my friend's pointe class. I ended up making a print of this picture and giving it to her as a gift.Camera: Nikon D40

She has good feet .. and you have an excellent camera! I took pictures of a friend's feet (she's also on pointe), but then I ended up losing the pictures. And I don't think they turned out as good as yours! Great lighting .. and I love how the background gives grounding to the picture, without being a distraction.

Well thank you! I was actually worried about the background in this series, but I liked the lighting in this one. It was in the studio and the walls are an orangish color that turned out strange in pictures. But you'll see it's been tweaked in the other two ballet pictures.
