Lovely painting. It's nice to see a more relaxed pose instead of a traditional set up one to show off a woman's body.

I loved this pose, but it may be why it's been such a hard sell. I think people look to hang the more traditional poses on their walls.

It might determine who you're selling to? Myself and the people I know appreciate more natural looking paintings like this rather than a traditional nude pose. But I understand what you're saying.

A lovely view from both sides of the window. She seems to relaxed, even wistful.

As I would be, if this thing finally sold. It pains me to visit the gallery and see this lonely lovely sitting dreamily on her spot on the wall.

I know the feeling from packing up the framed prints after a show.

I've been telling myself I need to get prints made of a few of my works. Of course, I've been trying to get motivated to finish my website for years now. If it doesn't involve a paint brush in my hand I find it hard to get busy on a chore.

You should see my desk...
Getting good prints made of a 16x20 painting is a significant project in its own right.

It's perfectly do-able, but not trivial.
dA does a decent job with canvas prints, by the way, if you have a good source image.

The source image is the fatal flaw in my producing prints myself. My horrible pictures butcher what these paintings truly look like in person

You would want to work with a friend or colleague with a heftier camera. Getting good lighting is key. You can play with lower light angles to bring out the canvas texture.

As much as I paint and produce, it would have to be a very good friend I'd consistently pester like that.
