Did the SPECTRES create it?

and to be specific... Cinder created it and there's no Salem in this universe.

The Grimm is more of a lovecraftian-ish disease in this universe.

In the description you made a mistake. The term "Alpha" is exclusive to the elders of Beowolves, each species has their own name for their elders.

In this universe, Alpha is a title given to Grimms that has either exceed 1000 years of age, and or can command a large horde of Grimms through size, power and intimidation.

Yes, but multiple Grimm species has their own "alpha" in this universe. Like the Nevermore, Griffon, Deathcrawler, Saber (Saber-tooth feline Grimm), and even the Goliath.

Apologies, I haven't been following RWBY since Vol. 4 (pure personal choice and it ain't changing)

Lusus Naturae actually is part of vol 4's OST. The character doesn't actually appear in the show, instead he's in the games.

No. Some RWBY music never clicked with me.
Why?

MerlotLover In reply to slowusaurus [2019-09-12 03:03:21 +0000 UTC]

Because that song is through the perspective of a character within the series that makes Mutant Grimm and Grimm hybrids.
