Biography(In as little detail as possible):
Rue is a pre-war ghoul with extensive medical knowledge thanks to the fact that she worked as a nurse before the war. Born into a lower middle class family in Washington DC she would often travel by train, which is what she did at the time the bombs dropped. Thanks high levels of radiation in the metro, she slowly became a ghoul. She traveled over most of California and Nevada in the time after the bombs dropped, but then teamed up with a group of scavengers consisting of Cad, Bugsley, Louis and Ben.

Rue not a petite lady. She likes booze, babes and violence(For science!). It's hard to catch her in a good mood, but she's usually happy around Louis .
Her eyesight has only gotten worse after 200 years of nuclear fallout, so she prefers to keep things up close and personal. Her aim is horrible thanks to this, which is why she does not own a single firearm.

She enjoys corny love songs, a good bottle of wine and well preserved pre-war things.
