Ok Here it is guys.. Downloadable art as promised..Since I joined DA about 2 months ago, I made some wonderful friends, and 100+ watchers. I am totally overwhelmed by your encouraging comments, and support. You guys are awesome!!!
So I would like to give something back. Some rules:
* You're welcome to print it out and hang it on your wall etc, but if you're going to use it online, please have a link somewhere back to my gallery.
* You can make an avatar or a banner by resizing, but please please don't alter the image!!
* DO NOT SELL PRINTS or make any profit out of this art.

Ah well you're doing very well for self-taught! I'm in the very experimental stage as well XD I really hope you do, you seem to have a good technique down!
Hmm, well I'm curious about what program and brushes you use?

I use Photoshop CS3 with Wacom intuos 5 (thank you my husband for buying it for my birthday present this year), and use custom brushes and thick paint brushes.. I like simulating oil, or thick acrylic painted look.
Wish brushes, everyone likes different ones.. I tried ALL the brushes that came with Photoshop, and saved my own set of ones I liked the best, tweak some of their settings to make them better.

Oh nice! I have the Intuos 4. I have an older version of photoshop on my mac but I can never seem to create a brush that I like for painting. I'm still hoping to master the program eventually because I know I'll need it in the future. Perhaps if you ever make a tutorial you can show your brush settings.

Thank you! Oh I do like those brushes, but those are from the main program I use, Paint Tool Sai. It's a great painting program, but I want to be fluent in photoshop too
