Loki and Amora the Enchantress from Marvel comics.Ok I was going to take a break from painting Loki, so I started painting Amora the enchantress. I finished sketching her and started painting. THEN it happened!!! LOKI!!! Standing behind her!!! I don't know what happened.. really..
Anyway.. Their relationship is strictly business only, as I understand it..
Hmm.. If i was good with words I would put a clever caption for this... ANYONE? 
As far as technical details go, I am OFFICIALLY sick of painting long curly hair. I tried to get away from "comic book" look of Amora, and took liberty to make her look "movie Asgardian" by copying some details from Loki's armor and so on....

THIS IS INCREDIBLE! The atmosphere in it... it looks like the two of them are actually standing together; the way her hand creates shadow on his armor. They really interact with each other. By chance, did you use Amber Heard as a reference for her? She looks a LOT like Amber Heard. Who I LOVE, and wouldn't mind seeing in this particular role!

well..i have so SO much to learn and i have no idea how..for example backgrounds....i have tried reading books on them...but i just dont get it...all the perspective and stuff...

I struggle with background too.. I don't get the whole perspective thing either.. so rather than making up the background by myself, I try to find a good reference image and copy it.. Most commonly, I avoid doing the background.. hehee I'm so lazy..
