She quiquly took the rainbow pony in her telekinesis magic and strapped her to a large metal examining table. The cuffs and chains she pulled tight around her hooves so she was unable to move as her belly grew with each moment. "H-Hey!? What the Hell?!" Rainbow yelled out in anger. But she secretly was enjoying how Twilight pulled her with such great force onto the cool table as her belly grew. It now bulged over her waist slightly. "It's for your own good Rainbow Dash...you promised that you'd be able to do it.." Twilight said sincerely. Rainbow looked as her belly died with more of that comforting warmth. She blushed more, but it wasn't to noticeable for Twiliht to take notice...
