nicely done! chibi's are usually seen as easy to draw, but someone like me finds them a challenge at times.. some have that talent of simplicity. i certainly wish i had that.

This is really cute but it would look better if you toned down the color just a bit. When you use highly saturated colors they tend to assault the eyes. Using the same Hue and brightness at a lesser saturation would give a still-vibrant effect but it would cause the colors to interact more naturally. Good work overall though. Really cute drawing. ^^
