This is the largest, highest and most visited in southern India.The temple attracts 15,000 visitors per day and 25,000 on feast days !!!. The annual festival of Tirukalyanam in April-May lasts ten days and attracts 1 million visitors.....

Personally, I prefer the one of Tanjore (Brihadeswara) It’s sober, smaller, less visited...
