This looks like a scene from a film. Might be weird, but I love the grain and colour scheme while they are so imperfect they add to it as if you'd gone out and taken your cheaper camera and snapped a shot. So realism trough imperfection. Perhaps some sharpness here there could do justice to it, but I like theΒ figure, however I'd prefer myself to see wider scene,Β like more of his helmer as now it seems to eat the air from the scene and confuse the focus a bit. Hilt of the sword and more helmet might add more of the film-realism.
Nice idea though.

thank you very much. yes in fact that was the intention to look like a snapshot with a videocamera or something like paused and print screen on a film. 
you are also right about the focus and the fact that the character is a bit squashed Β in the image frame, when i saved the final image i noticed that too. This might worked well on some level adding to the realism
like perhaps the camera was in motion, but to be honest it wasnt 100% intentional.

thanks. you would be disappointed with the wireframe...in order to keep as much detail as posible from the sculpted model i decimated it.

actually it's inspired from a description on a pen and paper rpg session and a shot from the movie excalibur.
I haven't play dark souls but i planning to do so..as i have heard its a great game

That knight looks very much like the most iconic class in the Souls series- the Knight. Only instead of Demon's Souls, that looks like the one from Dark Souls.

It's a fun class if you know how to use it. So far, I've got a Dark Knight Sword, Knight Shield, and Gargoyle Helm. Trust me when I say the Souls series is one of the hardest ever made.
