ok first of all, it doesnt look like its hand drawn, you pointed out in another comment that you tried to get that effect...
you just manipulated someone elses picture and played with the photoshop effects...wow!

o.O weird, i would've neve guessed it was photomanipulated. it looks kinda like a charcoal drawing. I like it though
