Yeah, same here! I'm relatively new to Touhou, actually. I've been keeping a look on stuff going on in the fandom for a good long while, and about a month or two ago, I finally decided to play Highly-Responsive to Prayers (the first Touhou game). I was pretty surprised to discover it wasn't even in the danmaku genre. Even weirder was that Reimu had PURPLE HAIR!
