The ceiling of the main hall of the Groningen train station.If you're wondering 'something doesn't quite match ...?' You're right: in 1896 these impressive decorations were all made out of paper-machΓ©.
And it has been a hell of a job to restore it a few years ago!

Okay, some style elements may look Art Deco, but then it would be Art Deco 'avant la lettre'. It is really restored to the 19th century situation.

That could be possible ... the whole station is a mix of different style elements but the ceiling definitely is mostly Jugendstil / Art Nouveau

you are welcome ....... i'm not sure about what sharpening you are using ... photoshop maybe? .... try a filter called unsharp mask
try the top slide (Amount) all the way close to the end around 270
and the Radius to 1 or so ..... Threshold to 0
i can imagin it would work .... maybe i should try it on the photo itself
