Oh shit! Run! It's Haruhi!Gosh, this high school girl that terrorizes anyone and everyone really is an eccentric character. When I first watched the anime, I was like, "Jeez! What the hell is wrong with this chick!?" But of course, I couldn't help but grow fond of her.
Anyway, concerning the art, I am trying to draw more city scapes for practice with perspective and architecture. I drew this in one evening and didn't align some buildings well, but I still like it.

How you did the clouds ans the sun is also very unique. Awesome
About the city, I think only the leftmost buildings are at a different angle, and the horizon is kinda missing (just because I had to ruin the comment xD)
