I tried hard to come up with a good excuse as to why I'm drawing Hetaween Belgium in May, and I've got nothing-- Really I just wanted to practice lines and colors and I couldn't wait to draw her in it XD(And I'm planning to do a Hetaween HunBel thing at a more appropriate time lmao)

I made up most of the colors, since Hima only had sketches (I know that she appeared in the Hetaween episode but unfortunately I couldn't find a good screenshot otherwise I would've used the colors from there lol)

I'm not into Hetalia fandom but I just stumbled on this in the DA main page and it looks very sweet! the shading in particular is quite nice, and I like the little lace pattern!
