Little bit of critisism about this drawing, This is not really chibi style, it's just normal Runo with a large head and a smaller body.
Chibi's do have large heads and small bodies, but they're also drawn in a cutesy, simplistic style, and Runo here is drawn in your normal style, so it doesn't really stand out as being a chibi version of her.

As I told WickedBust, Chibi means "small" and the defining characteristic of the "chibi style" is that the character is deformed, so they are not drawn in realistic human proportions. Though this is not your typical "chibi" body type, this is how I felt like drawing Runo. I really just post these doodles so that people know that I am not dead, not to be advised on how to draw something, but I will reduce my content accordingly.

I thought exactly the same about her form, but well, she can always break the frame if she needs more space.
Nice work on this chibi version of Runo, I like how she came out. I also like that you decided to keep the size in some parts, thighs and hair for example.

Mmh, usually I'm not one to critique, but since I'm honest I'll speak my mind.
I think this does not look good
It's not really chibi style either, the style of her head is the same as usual and her lower body just has a lower grade of detail.
Her torso looks just way too thin in comparison.
Maybe you need to employ another style and more extreme head to body proportions.
Your animated sprites on your profile for example are perfect.
