Description
I was finally able to put this together.
I created a Strumpet Combat character for 's universe, which could serve as a Player 3 of some sorts or a boss. Her working name is "Malware". Malware's a virus and a hacker with incredible electric power and she's an antagonist to Fisti and her friends.

Here are her powers/skills:
Discharge!: Her opponent is pushed back by a powerful surge of electric energy
Resistance: She creates an electrical force field to protect herself from damage
Shockwave: Viral shocks her opponent with a deadly amount of electrical energy
Alternating Current: Rapidly punches her opponent at lightning speed
Short Fuse: She blows up everything around her when she reaches her limit
Blackout: Knocks out her opponent with one punch
Electrical Impulse: She is able to teleport herself (short and long distances) in the form of electricity
Recharge: Weakens her opponent by absorbing their energy and adding it to her own power
Electromagnet: She can pull her opponent or other objects toward her
Rewire: Rewires her opponent's brain so that they can do her bidding
Hack Attack: She can manipulate machines and technology by shutting them down or using them for herself
Power Surge: After absorbing energy (either from electrical equipment or from a powerful opponent), she is able to increase her size and mass (aka "hulk out")
