nice vector! the circles in the cloud are a bit off, but thats not so major. guess u are using inkscape, would love to have a hint but i got stuck with the same proplem. there should be a solution for making outlines thinner and thicker.

There is in Inkscape. I would have messed with it more, but I was on a deadline. Under fill and stroke, under the third tab, there's an option to change the width of the outlines.

I now about changing the outline thickness. But the FiM style would need a lot more fluid solution for single outlines. You know, making one line thicker or thinner at different spots.

In that case, you basically have to outline the outline itself, and fill the gap. Personally, it looks fine the way it is.
