No, there is already a Phantom GF in the game. He rarely appears in your office by the door. (You can see him a little when he appears, but he's more of an Easter Egg since he doesn't kill you) Also Phantom Freddy isn't Golden Freddy just because he's Yellow. He was burnt and rotted. Remember that he was originally brown before burning.
