Yes, it very used in villains actually, ganondorf, ridley, majora's mask, all the final bosses in Mario & Luigi RPG, in fact there's even a lot of american villains that use this color like the joker, that little mermaid fat squid thing, venom, the original green goblin Β‘and even Willy Wonka!
