this is only an idea but you could turn this into a site. Hover over the "bubble" and itenlarges a bit. Click it and it zoomes in providing information about the certain picture. That would interesting to see

You should be able to store them wherever you want, and then just do Right-Click >> Properties, Change Icon and load the image.
