I approve of this type of Thumbnail Design the most, in comparison to every other design for a thumbnail that I have seen on here.
The design looks realistic, it has 03D esque shading, and the weather effects actually look like weather effects.

We need more people such as you that can make such beautiful designs such as this.

And just for convenience sake, since I see a certain symbol on screen, "Screw Attack!".
