Star: Marco, I need an accurate number!
Marco: Lin, this diet is making you crazy. You don't even need to be on it. You look great.
Star: What about my muffin top?
Marco: You know who doesn't have a muffin top? People who go to the gym all the time and care about their bodies.

After doing that "Mobile Star " screenshot, I just had to do another.
Now, this one is referencing the end of the Bob's Burgers' episode "The Unbearable Like-Likeness of Gene", where Linda tries losing weight in the episode's subplot. So, this screenshot has Star having gained a little amount of body fat from her sudden gorging on Earth food, mainly junk food.
Looking for a background was the first thing to do, but I had some trouble looking for one, so I focused on looking for some screenshots for Star and Marco. I made Star's body and her arms thicker to show the fat on her body; including her face, while Marco's body was taken from a previous piece of artwork I did about a year ago.
I then found a screenshot and chose the Diaz bathroom as the setting. The screenshot was taken from the episode "Freeze Day", and I made it a suitable size and suddenly still had the stuff on the sink counter, so I use the tools on Paint to cover them out of the picture, then I added Star and Marco.
