An organization that King Goobot originally wanted to be a powerful alien alliance between The Yolkians, The Cluster, and The Irken Empire; but what he, Queen Vexus, and the Almighty Tallests didn't know was that they were merely pawns of an entirely different plan by Shredder and Phoenix Queen Azula.

Anyhow the Syndicate includes: The Shredder, Phoenix Queen Azula, Plankton, King Goobot, Queen Vexus, The Almighty Tallests, Karai, Tammy, Bebop, and Rocksteady.
