This had to of been one of the cutest scenes I've seen so far in the Ranma series. XDThe fact that he turns into a cat from the fear of cats..it's awesome. And almost reminds me of the stuff Jackie Chan would pull off. (Almost wish he could have done a liveaction..back in his younger days. <3)
But yeah! So Akane lured him with catnip while he was clawing the crap out of a tree. And now he's nestled right in her lap. <3
Shading is kinda weird cause I was trying something new. Dooon't know how I feel about it yet. lol

i remember when i first saw it when i was like 10. when he kissed her and then didn't remember i was all pissed cuz i thought there was going to be a progress in the relationship but it never happened they always stayed the same. guess its part of their charm

I saw half of this episode just 20 minutes ago. Between the stuff I read in Sailor Ranko, your artwork and the rare, occasional episode I find on Toonami Aftermath, I'm starting to get interested in this series.
Does he turn into a cat while female too? I'd think he would. The fear doesn't go away no matter the gender.

Male or female, he can take on that form. It happens when s/he's been exposed to cats for too long and loses control. He then evokes "cat kung fu" where he basically turns into a cat and unleashes hell on the opponent. Shampoo turning into a cat comes in handy at these moments. XD

So that Shampoo-esque cat in the episode was actually Shampoo? I only saw half the episode. I've seen a total of 1Β½ episodes and am trying to make it 2Β½ but Toonami Aftermath isn't cooperating with me.
