The Incubator Conspiracy - PrologueThe silence of the fog-shrouded pseudo-landscape surrounding the Door to Space/Time was broken by the voor-ee-orp, voor-ee-orp of the TARDIS. The air began to swirl as a pale blue glow suffused the area for a few moments before a blue Police Box materialised less than a metre from where Sailor Pluto was standing.
Pluto couldn't help but laugh; a giddy, childish little laugh as the TARDIS' arrival sent her long green hair flaring out behind her like a parachute. That indulgence lasted only a moment before she forced herself to regain her composure. She'd known he was coming long before the engines announced his arrival, even wondering which of his faces he'd have this time. She'd met most of them once before and been gifted with a TARDIS key. That key had begun to glow and radiate heat the moment it had detected the approach of the TARDIS.
