a pic of mos def i did for my boyfriend since its one his favorite artists. i hope he likes it and i hope everyone else likes it. it took me a little bit of time to do but its worth is i feel it turned out pretty good.Related content

This is really good! I noticed your pencil drawing are limited in tonal range. I'm gonna suggest using a wider range (such as 4b, 2b, H, 2h, 4h). I think you'll love the difference.

yea alot of ppl have been tellin me to try those kinda pencils out imma have to go out an buy some i just always use machanical pencils lol

Pretty good, but some advice:
1 - Scan smaller
2 - Use darker pencils for your shading - part of making realism pop out is the contrast between light and dark - what pencils did you use? I usually suggest really soft lead - maybe 4B or even 6B to really get the job done
But yeah, turned out pretty well

I use the mechanical for most of the detail work in pieces and such - but yeah, you wanna vary that up. Your pieces will stand out like CRAZY.
