Roger slinks out of Beebe's party to pout on the roof after missing another shot to have an actual conversation with Doug, whiffing it and making another snide remark. Sometime later Doug goes to wash spilled soda from his shirt and waxes poetic in the window while listening to the crickets chirp... trapping poor Roger. Of course, no one knows that Roger's a big softie and has actually been paying attention in English while they've been reading through Romeo and Juliet, and he blurts out a hallowed line or two under his breath while trying not to be seen.
