== DESCRIPTION ==So I was thinking the other day that my old off-topic emote didn't really get across the point that it was off-topic I mean if you took away the sign then you have nothing. And so with that in mind I decided to remake my off-topic emote so that it showed it was off-topic more.
Proabably my best emoticon yet in my opinion through it's a toss up between this and :shocket:
